Same lame response that they are regulated by the gaming commission which is them or people they pay to not tell the truth, or payouts are random, again lies!!! I'd love to have a real investigation done on this casino and the public get real answers as to why these lies are okay when this place is raking in the money. Anytime you observe individuals leaving from where ever they are located in the main frame of the business, why is it all white employees? Why is it also when guest complain about the way this casino operates the response you get back is false!!! They say 'I hope your luck gets better', which is solely controlled by the casino and they know it!!! Also take a look at the responses they give on this site to negative reviews. I would like to know why it is that there are no African American staff working in the management level at this casino. Just hope other paying customers aren't sleeping in untouched dirty rooms.

It was 2am at this point and I just told him I would take it because I didn't want the conscious of knowing I'm sleeping in a dirty room and bed. He said he could offer me a new room but it would be in smoking i also paid extra $25 dollars for a one hour late check out and he said he would take off the charge. The man at the front desk told me that it could be very possible they had run out of fitted sheets and there was not much they could do. I went to the front desk and explained my frustration with everything considering I paid a good amount of money and would expect to have a room that's clean enough to sleep in comfortably. (Higher boss responsibility and the one to blame) I felt bed for the poor housekeeper. Seems housekeeping is very short staffed and worked until burnout. She informed me that they had run out of fitted sheets and so she would put a regular top sheet on the beds because they wouldn't have anymore until morning. When the housekeeper got to the room she told me it was high school students working and 'you know how they are.' She also told me she still had five other rooms to clean and was in a hurry.

I called down to the front desk and a women answered the phone when I told her all she said was she would send up house keeping to change the sheets. also the bathtub was dirty nothing looked like it had been very cleaned. The stains were yellow and red and placed right where someone's bottom might be. The room I got had dirty used sheets on both beds. I wanted a short weekend away and booked a 2 queen room () I was excited and looking forward to it but was unfortunately very disappointed. First time ever visiting Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel.
